In the event that the tour guide becomes ill or faces an unforeseen emergency, we will offer the alternative of assigning another qualified tour guide for your experience. Should you prefer to cancel the tour under these circumstances, we will provide a full refund of your deposit payment.

Sintra is always the starting point for our tours. Train or Uber/taxi are the most efficient ways to get to Sintra.
The train can be picked up at Rossio station, which is located in the center of Lisbon. Last stop is Sintra. I will be at the gates of Sintra station waiting for you. It takes 40 minutes and costs around 2.30€ per person.
If you are coming with an Uber, I will send you a destination so we can meet there. It takes 30 minutes and costs around 20-30€.

If you are looking for a fun way to tour Sintra or the surrounding areas - do not hesitate to book with Daniel Ponce! Our family of six adults spent 2.5 hours with him last week, touring Sintra - and it was one of the the highlights of our trip! Daniel is so friendly, and FUN and was so knowledgeable! We learned so much about the area during the tour, and he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, even bringing us treats from the area because the store that we would have stopped at was closed!

Brilliant tour with a brilliant guide.
