The meeting point is always in Sintra 😊

Uber takes 30-45 min and costs less than 28€ while the train takes 40 min and costs 2.60€ per person.
Uber is a better option.

Lunch is always a high moment of the tour. The restaurant I will take you to will always be local and non-touristic, so you can try typical, original, delicious Portuguese food.
The restaurant is owned by a family where the owner is the son, the mother is inside the kitchen cooking, and the father serves the tables.
Expect food full of love 😉
You can book me through Facebook Messenger (best method) or through Email
Daniel works with two other local tour guides with their own electric tuk-tuk.
They both have excellent reviews and will provide the same tour as Daniel.
If you’re booking the full-day tour, you’ll have the opportunity to do a 20-minute planning call one month before the tour with Daniel, who will be helping you buy your tickets.
Monument tickets only sell out 1-2 weeks before the day.
There are enough things for three full days to be done in Sintra and Cascais.
The Perfect day is when you have Daniel tour you inside one monument (Normally Pena or Regaleira), and then you’ll see all the monuments from outside (with many stops, pictures, and stories). This way, you’ll have more time on the coast, do the wine tasting (optional), and end the tour in Cascais.
It’s also possible to have Daniel touring you inside of 2 monuments. This will take you time from the coast.
Or even tour inside 3 monuments, but this way will only be possible to end the tour in Cascais and only enough time to visit one place at the coast.
The tuk tuk can only take six people.
Don’t worry if your group has more than six people.
There is no limit to people.
Doing the same tour with many electric tuk tuks is possible.
For ex:
If your group got 12 people, than we can do the tour with two tuk tuks
The link to book the planning call will be provided once the deposit is paid.
Yes. The deposit is 50% of the cost of the tour.
Winetasting is not included on the tour.
Colares in Sintra has one of the most unique wines in the world. A wine that’s planted on the sand close by the cliffs.
We do the wine tasting at Adega Regional de Colares.
The winetasting costs 21€ for four different wines that can be shared.
Don’t worry about the rain.
Many tours have been done in the rain, always with great feedback, and if it’s not going to be a crazy storm, you’ll have a lot of fun!
The tuk tuk has side covers and blankets for you.
Be sure to bring a jacket that can handle rain and an umbrella (If you don’t have one, you can buy it in a souvenir shop).
Worst case Daniel got a comfortable 6 seat car that can fully protect you from the rain 😊
Bring a jacket like a wind cutter even in the summer (Trust me, Sintra is always cooler than Lisbon)
Comfortable shoes (IMPORTANT)
Water bottle so you can drink the spring water from Sintra
In the summer or on warm days, bring hats to cover your head, including sunscreen
If it’s hot, you can bring swimsuits, so you can swim in Cascais.
And of course, don’t forget the good vibes!
Don’t worry! Daniel, doing this for over six years, knows how to skip the lines and traffic.
Sometimes, it’s impossible, but let’s say that Daniel got a 90% success rate 😉

Yes! It will protect you from the cold, wind and rain.
Plus, the tuk tuk always carries 4 comfortable blankets.
There is almost no walking if you’re booking the 2h30 or 3h30 tour.
If you’re booking a full-day tour, this tour will be personalized by Daniel according to your needs.
It’s possible to do the full day without walking.
Walking up to 15 km – 9 miles in a day is also possible.
Yes, there is! Daniel got a Peugeot 5008 that is very comfortable and has a panoramic roof.
That car can fit six people.
Minimum age for the tuk tuk it’s 5 years old or less if the child is tall.
But don’t worry if you got kids younger than that.
You can tour in Daniel’s very nice private car. In that case any age can do the tour.
Oh yes!
Daniel is a father of 3 kids aged from 1 year to 9 years old.
Kids and young people always have a lot of fun in the tuk tuk and the tour.
These tours are indicated for any kids from the age of 0 to 99 😉
All tours in this company are private!
We believe that if we mix people that does not know each other it will not create the perfect energy 😊
You can bring another couple with you but we will not set you up with another group.
You cannot join other group even if you’re solo traveler
Since Daniel hates crowds, in a full-day tour, most of the tour will be planned to skip the crowds.
There is no such thing as skip-the-line tickets. But there are ways of skipping some of them.
Unfornutelatly, there are things that are impossible to do, like visiting Pena Palace and Regaleira on the same day and skipping all the waiting in lines.
In this case, we can avoid the lines in Pena, but then there will be 30 minutes to 1 hour waiting in lines to go down the well.
Anyway, all that information will be given to you in the planning call, and based on that information, Daniel will craft the best day for you.
The 2h30 or 3h30 tour will have no lines since you’ll see all the monuments from the outside.
